Since 1969, Public Facilities Investment Corporation, along with its parent company Tamkin
Development Corporation, has completed over 200 projects in 96 cities in 36 states. Using independent
local architects and contractors, we take full charge of the project and provide 100% of the financing
at tax-exempt rates. The public entity maintains approval authority during the entire process. At
the end of the lease term, the title to the property reverts back to the public entity.
